Update point：
"B.P.V mode setting" new addition
When a blank check error occurs during B.P.V, you can choose to stop B.P.V. (BLANK error stop)
It is possible to check the mounting status of the device and re-execute without waiting until the end of the whole process.

"Memory clear" function addition
Only between the MEMORY STA and SPA to which the address is set is cleared, not the entire memory area of the programmer. (Device area)
Memory clear time can be shortened.
