1984 Hamamatsu TOA Electronics, Inc., started development and production of device programmer products for Ando Electric Co., Ltd.
1994 Established TOA System Engineering, Inc. by separating product development and production departments from Hamamatsu TOA Electronics.  TOA System Engineering, Inc. continued the development and production of Ando brand device programmers.
1996 TOA System Engineering, Inc. developed and commercialized "TE series" package conversion adapters for Ando brand device programmers under its own brand.
1997 Developed and commercialized sophisticated gang programmer "AF9723."
