A. Flash Support Group products are sold by a network of selected distributors.
You can find the appropriate distributor listed in sales contacts.

Q. What is the warranty period for the device programmer?

A. The warranty period is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We will provide free-of-charge services to fix failures that occur within one year after delivery.


However, even during this period, a failure caused by an operational mistake by a user, defective conditions attributable to modification or alteration made by the purchaser of the product, or damage caused by force majeure including natural disasters will not be covered by the free-of-charge services.
