Q. The USB driver is installed on my PC but it is not properly recognized by the PC.

A. Please update your Flash Support Group USB driver by following the update procedure.
If you use AF9724/25 on PC with windows7, please refer to the following document.

Q. I am connected through a LAN but cannot download the algorithm software.

A. If your firewall is set to "enabled," you may not be able to correctly download the software sometimes. In this case, set the firewall to "disabled" and try again.

Q. NET Framework error appears, and the application software will not be installed.

A. To install USB drivers and driver applications from the Flash Support Group, you must have Microsoft NET Framework version 2.0 installed on your PC. If an error message appears when you install the USB driver and driver application, install NET Framework version 2.0 from the Microsoft web site, and then try to install your USB driver and driver application again.

Q. What should I do when AF9723 cannot recognize the installed AF9836B?

A. AF9836B is supported by AF9723 hardware revision of Rev.R01 or later.
If you are using an AF9723 with the hardware revision of Rev.R00, it is necessary to have hardware modification (optional) to support AF9836B.

Q. What should I do when an error code of "ERROR52" is displayed and device programming is not performed anymore on AF9700 series programmers?

A. An error code of "ERROR52" will be displayed when the socket usage exceeds the set socket count if "SOCKET COUNT ERROR" function is set to ON.
To resume programming, you need to turn off the "SOCKET COUNT ERROR" function, or to clear the count after exchanging or cleaning device sockets.
Clear the setting by : FUNCTION > F > SOCKET COUNT CLEAR > DIS32 SKT(DIS48 SKT)
